I use 3 de-potting tools:

• Disney Minnie Mouse Mug Warmer, you can find it on Amazon, highly recommend!
• Knife, just to make sure the edge of the tip is very thin
• A piece of paper

How I do it:

1. After mug warmer is hot enough, add a piece of paper on top of the mug warmer to prevent plastic meltdown to the mug warmer
2. then place the powder product on top of the paper
3. wait a minute or two
4. take the product off the mug warmer, use the knife to test to see if the metal pan is loose enough
5. if it’s hard to take the pan out, put it back to warmer, wait a bit longer
6. then try to remove the metal pan from the container gently
7. you can use rubbing alcohol or makeup remover to remove the glue residue. But often time I use my nails or the knife to scrape it off.
8. if the pan is aluminum, then thin magnet tape is needed.
