I’ve been arguing back and forth with Ulta via email and now Facebook messenger and at first I was told the GWP w/$35 purchase was only with a makeup order and now I’m being told it was “only for a targeted group” despite not being labelled as such. No one can answer me as to why it’s not labelled like that. Their customer service reps seem to be giving me the run-around
