          Cathy, a couple days ago I sent them a nice message about me being upset and I also asked them to see if they can change it on their site to avoid any more confusion for customers! I did not get a response. They’re normally great with responding but I guess it must be a busy time

            Yes, I think so. Sending messages through their Facebook page and IG is a better way to go than emailing them, I had good experience before. Sephora also has online chat.

      It should start on the 18th tomorrow. Most likely, Sephora, Ulta and other major department stores will have this offer too. If you have the 20% off code at Ulta, get it at Ulta store!

      They have them up every Tuesday and Thursday 12 pm EST exact. If you redeem something over 750 pts, you don’t need to purchase anything to get them, plus shipping is free.

      Yes, 99% of them are gone less than a minute.

It’s actually a great companion for my Etude House Cherry Blossom palette. Those two together are the cherry product that should have been. Please excuse my rambling.

        I have the shock mascara full size.

        I have the UD setting spray. Caudalie moisturizer. Tarte lip paint (all DS)

        I’m a sucker for skin care and the glow mask had me but im rethinking that after just listing all of the items I already have from that bag. Haha. Life of an indecisive person!

        I zoomed in and what I could gather was the belief moisturizer was 10ml and the first aid beauty was 9.6g or 0.34oz.

          In the same boat here, I’ve already had almost all of these samples?. The belief moisturizer is good but dry skin might not feel its moisturizing enough.

    FYI don’t pick the Ren toner via the nofomo code. It’s already out. I placed an order with the code shortly after I got the e-mail and it’s been cancelled on my order. I suppose I’ll never understand why Sephora doesn’t just sub another item when gift with purchase items are sold out. I e-mailed them today and asked them to sub the toner since my order was still pending. I also mentioned I received two Sephora orders today. One had one sample and no gift with purchase. The other had the gift with purchase and no samples. I mentioned all of this in an e-mail and they sent back and a cut and paste answer saying they don’t reship samples. It’s like we weren’t even having the same conversation. Oh well. That’s why I’m shopping at Sephora less and less though.

      Ask for the points to make up this. I’m pretty sure they will give it to you! That’s what I did on my last Sephora order. You want to also make sure the points are added to your account later on.

    Did anyone else notice that the code METIME is saying it can’t be used multiple times now? I could’ve swore I placed two orders with that as my GWP code and now I have another $35 order and it’s saying “Sorry, the promotion is no longer valid since you have already redeemed with a previous order.” which I think is b.s. because I wanted to get all 4 different bags. If I am willing to spend $140 to get them they should let me redeem it at least 4 times. I am so annoyed with them. I love them and I will never stop shopping at Sephora, ever, but dang, they suck lately with out of stock products after they let you buy them, super late shipping times on 2 day flash orders, missing products, etc. and customer service is not very generous with BI points when they do screw up at all lately. Sighs.

      Girlllllll, I tried to redeem that, checked out, got an email saying it was out of stock, they didn’t do anything but give me 100 BI points (which is b.s. I should have gotten at least 300 for 3 items since I got jipped on 3 items) and then it’s back in stock and it says I have already redeemed it even though they cancelled it on me. They are really making me upset lately. I spend more than $10,000 there a year easy. I spent 3k in November alone. And they don’t even hook me up when they make mistakes.

    Probably not supposed to do it this way, but I just used the new BLITZ perfume code and it let me pick two perfume minis instead of one perfume and one mascara. (I sooo don’t need any mascara for the next 10 years.) I’m guessing there shouldn’t be any issues with it shipping since it let me check out just fine.

          Hi Deanna, I did that, choosing Black Opium and Bon Bon and the next day I got an automated email saying the Black Opium had been cancelled due to “out of stock” but I’m pretty sure it’s been there all this time. Did your order of 2 perfume samples go through?

            Ask for 100 credit to your account and check your points history to make sure it’s been credited! It happened to me several times already. Often times we place the order because of the freebies. It’s annoying that the sample is missing in the order, not our fault!

      My guess is Sephora temporarily disable it, it was available for less than 1 day. If you really like the bag, then it’s worth it. Most of the samples are packettes.

    I placed an order and used the code for the Tom Ford Lipstick gwp. They sent an email later saying that it was out of stock. I emailed them and they credited my account with points, which was appreciated; however I was excited to try that lippie. The code is still showing as active (browsing the site, text check out). Do you think it’s now back in stock or have they not deactivated it on their end?

      As long as you can add it to your cart and checkout with it, then it should be back in stock, that’s what I think!

    In my last 2 Sephora orders, they FAILED to include any of the 3 samples! So I’m missing 6 samples! And I had chosen good samples, including a Jo Malone fragrance vial! They did it on purpose!

      It happened to me also! I highly recommend you contact CS, they funded me 100 points for the missing 3 samples.

            Not acceptable! One of the missing samples I requested was a Jo Malone fragrance, and I was really looking forward to trying that. I haven’t seen Jo Malone in my local store, so I can’t request that in a store. Sephora failed to include samples in not just one, but TWO of my orders – my last two orders.

            Agree. We spend time to decide what to choose then come nothing. Try contact them, most likely they will fund you 100 pts for 3 missing samples. To me, 100 pts is better than 3 free foil samples.

            I tend to request perfume vials – they can be used multiple times, unlike sample packets. And among those 6 missing samples, several were perfume vials. Perfumes are the most valuable of the 3 samples we can request because they can be covered/uncovered and used multiple times. Also, I like fragrances. I do not find the reward points that useful. For a year, I’ve kept checking back on the rewards, and they almost never have anything I like! And the good stuff is always sold out very quickly. Yes, I’ve contacted them for points to make up for the missing samples, but the points are blah for me. I’d much rather get the samples I’ve requested, which tend to be perfume vials.

            Yeah, I do the same thing and I feel your frustration! If you follow my blog and read my purchase posts, you know I always choose fragrance samplers. I like to collect them!

      Nordstrom’s is really great about ensuring you get the samples that you requested. I don’t think there’s ever been an instance where they’ve substituted my order. I’ve seen Jo Malone as a choice often. Just fyi, hope it helps. Their beauty section does have cheap filler items, travel size items that you could buy if you do see some interesting samples. It’s what I do.

    Has anyone else noticed that Sephora’s processing time is painfully slow lately? I saw the message at check out that all orders may be delayed by 3-4 business days (which seems odd as it’s not Christmas time or anything) but I’ve had orders take up to a week and a half to ship, and I have flash shipping. I did contact customer service, but I guess that’s not unusual for their current processing time.

      I saw that message too. A week and half is long with flash 2 days, but I doubt they have more orders now than in nov/dec.

      Yes! The last three orders were a huge issues for me. #1 and #2 were “lost” and I never received them (CS resolved the issue with me both times). Order #3 I received 9 days after placing the order. Also, I am a VIB & pay a yearly fee for “2 Day Flash Shipping”.

        I had an order(shipped w/2-day flash) delayed more than a week, they credited me $10 for that! Write a complaining email to see what they can do for ya!

          My 2 day flash orders NEVER come within 2 days of it being “shipped”. The fastest I got was one that was sent via USPS 3 DAY PRIORITY! I have no idea why they offer 1 or 2 day shipping. The 1 day shipping estimated arrival is always the same as the flash 2 day which is never in 2 days. SMH. I am mad I paid the $10 for flash shipping right before becoming rouge. I have never been refunded for late shipments. I have placed hundreds of orders and none ever come on time. They are ridiculous for that though. I will never stop shopping there but I am extremely pissed off at them for a ton of cancelled / out of stock items, late orders and other b.s. lately which complaints haven’t been helping much with.

            Oh man, I feel your frustration.I had one of my order was delayed(w/2 days shipping), they credited me $10. If you are VIBR, for how much you spent at the store, I really think they should refund you that $10.

            Since you are VIBR, according to this page: https://www.sephora.com/about-beauty-insider, you should have a private hotline. Besides email or call them, you can also complain on their facebook page(https://www.facebook.com/sephora/). Everyone can see what you say so Sephora facebook admins are pretty responsive. Sephora is the most popular beauty store, whatever is popular in the store will sell out quick if the inventory is low.

    I used promo ‘elephant’ and only received .17 oz/5 ml sample, not the .27 oz/8 ml sample you received. Mine’s only slightly more than ½ the value and trial uses of the one you received. I’m so disappointed and would have chosen a different promo if I knew it would be that small.

    I just contacted Customer Service regarding the EYEPICK2 promo code. They told me they had recently been informed of the glitch and while unfortunately couldn’t provide an immediate fix, they did offer me the option to still pick one of the 2 items included in the promo (eye cream OR concealer) and I received 100 Beauty Bank Points in lieu of the additional item. Just FYI!

      5-Piece Customizable Nail Polish Collection’ page! Total 5 bottles for $5. It seems like they are selling out fast, some shades are gone. You have to add 4 bottles to get $20.5 discount!

          I placed three orders between noon-2 pm today (8/4) and was able to use the $25 promo codes! But when I saw your update that they added the red polish, about 45 min ago, I went to place another order and it’s not working. So, yeah, I guess Sephora caught on. Bummer!

    I just called Sephora and they gave me a store credit of $5. It’s still on their Mobile site on the front page saying $27 then when you click on it the price changes to $32. I was on hold for 20 minutes but it was the principal of it all.

      Hi Cindy,

      The Kroger offer: It seems like they pull off all the gift cards offer online there. But it won’t hurt if you give them a call or just ask the CS while you are there to see if this deal is still valid.

      The AMEX offer:

      1. Login you AMEX account,
      2. On the homepage, scroll down to find the ‘Amex Offers & Benefits’,
      3. Find the offer you like, then click ‘Add to card’
      4. Spend the amount as required, then you will get the cash back automatically back to your AMEX card, usually, they send you an email confirmation for that.

      Not every account will get the same offers! So, don’t feel bad if there is no Staples offer in your account.

      Thanks Jasmine! I have this code on my Sephora post. This is a generic code and always available. VIB/R can use one time per calendar year, or within 30 days after your VIB/R qualification.

      Last year 2015, VIB/R got 15% off during the mid of April.

    I think the VIB/Rouge VIBLOVEU Bobby Brown sets are all gone. When I tried using it earlier it said expired or OOS.

    Also the Clinique Pink Honey has been OOS for weeks already. They keep picturing it when you use the code YOUYEAR but when you try to add it, the message will say it’s out of stock.

    So dissapointed, qualified for VIB today but no Bobby Brown for me. 🙁

    I’ve noticed that my Sephora app usually has slight variations from the website. For example, they have a promo code GETGLOW for a deluxe Brightening Mask Mini tube from Skin Inc. but I don’t think I’ve ever seen that online.

    Also, at chekout, they still have the 550 PT Reward: Night Out Necessities bag from a couple weeks ago and last month they still had the Benefit Super Stars box.

    I think it’s great to have other options 😉

      Oh yeah, yr comment reminds me to check the mobile offer on the Sphora app, I got to update the post again! Sephora wants you to use the app more often so they give you some APP exclusive offers, you can use these promos on your desktop too! Also, as I know, some mobile offers vary by the location, but everyone can use the codes.
