Update: Bonton cancelled my order for the $2.5 brush set again!

BonTon is the worst!! They constantly cancel online orders, sometimes several days after receiving the confirmation. Their customer service is non-existent. They ran out of their GWP for Lamcome so they sent the foundation without the free kit. The GWP is the only reason I ordered the makeup!! They are the only company that I have dealt with that expects the customer to pay for returned items. I have had so many canceled items and have received so many incorrect items that I will probably never order from them again.
I feel ya! Try to contact the customer service to see if they can give you any other replacements. A while ago, one free lancome gift was missing in my package. I called them, they sent me the missing one without any charge. I received it in 2 weeks.
