It appears that Buxom Power-full Prep & Party Duo Lip Scrub & Balm Kit counts for makeup and skincare. I was able to add $10 of other skincare (it wouldn’t work under $35) to get the FAB and the Kylie gift. So you get the 2 Buxom GWPs, the FAB and the Kylie (and the tarte)
