    Just an FYI I have the Body Shop cleansing oil and my bottle leaks from the top! I use a ton of cleansing oils and that’s the first one to do that to me.

      Transfer the liquid to another bottle if you have one. I saved my empty Origins cleansing oil bottle and pump just in case something like that happens.

        It happened to me before also. Try to do this: go to your account; check yr email subscription status; if it is not subscribed, subscribe it; if it is subscribed, unsubscribe and then subscribe it again; if in 48 hours, still no Ulta email, then contact customer service, they can refresh your account at their end. Hope it helps!
