    I didn’t add dr Brandt to my cart and it still let me purchase under $175 to get the Beauty bag! I think it takes the total of the free items as well! I need to show u a pic of my cart to explain.

      The Dr. Brandt eye cream is sold out. My total is $136 and the beauty bag is still free. I think it’s the Tula set value counts. Thanks for letting me know!
