This platte is being discontinued. So where and when to buy it? If you want alot of free gifts, get it at Ulta. If you don’t care for the gwp and spend too much at Ulta but do want even more discount, just wait a little bit longer. One store will have major sitewide sale then other stores might follow and possibly price match.
